Loyalty Score Calculation

The Loyalty Score is a numerical representation of a wallet's dedication to the Bullana project. It takes into account various factors that demonstrate a user's long-term commitment and active engagement within the community.

The Loyalty Score is calculated based on the following criteria:

1. Token Holding Duration: The longer a wallet holds $BULL tokens, the higher the Loyalty Score. We prioritize and reward long-term holders who have shown trust and belief in the project.

2. Token Holding Amount: The Loyalty Score also considers the number of $BULL tokens held in a wallet. Larger holdings contribute to a higher score, acknowledging the user's significant investment in the Bullana ecosystem.

3. Community Engagement: Active participation in community events, discussions, and initiatives positively impacts the Loyalty Score. We value users who contribute to the growth and vibrancy of the Bullana community.

4. Staking Participation: Users who stake their $BULL tokens and actively participate in the staking program are rewarded with a higher Loyalty Score. Staking demonstrates a commitment to the long-term success of the project.

The exact formula for calculating the Loyalty Score is periodically reviewed and adjusted to ensure it remains fair, transparent, and aligned with the goals of the Bullana ecosystem.

APR Multiplier

The Loyalty Score directly influences the APR Multiplier, which determines the additional rewards a user can earn on their staked $BULL tokens. A higher Loyalty Score translates to a higher APR Multiplier, allowing users to potentially earn more $BULLFI tokens as staking rewards.

For example, if a user has a high Loyalty Score, they may receive a 1.5x APR Multiplier. This means that instead of earning the base APR of 10% on their staked tokens, they would earn a boosted APR of 15% (10% × 1.5).

The APR Multiplier is designed to incentivize long-term holding, active participation, and staking within the Bullana ecosystem. It rewards users who demonstrate a strong commitment to the project and contribute to its growth and success.
